IT has been a good year for the Glenswilly club and they are determined to finish it off with some silverware by winning the Under 21 ‘B’ Championship title.
Glenswilly had a strong campaign in the senior championship and twice put it up to eventual champions Naomh Conaill.
They also reached the Minor Championship Final but were beaten by Four Masters.
There are definitely signs of progression but Under 21 boss Aidy Glackin doesn’t want his team to head back to another losing dressing room after Sunday’s decider with Glenfin.
“We have been beaten in the last two minor finals, and the year before that we lost in the Minor League Final, so we haven’t been far away, but it’s all about getting over the line and winning this Sunday.”
