Gildea goal helps Glenswilly defeat Gaoth Dobhair

Glenswilly are through to the Under 21 ‘A’ Championship semi-finals after they defeated Gaoth Dobhair today.

Padraig Mac Giolla Bhríde and Adam Mac Íomhair scored goals for Gaoth Dobhair in the first half and they led by 2-3 to 0-7 at the break.

However, Neil Gallagher’s Glenswilly were much the better team in the second half and Daithi Gildea’s major sealed their passage through to the last four.
