Gary Wilson steps down as Sean MacCumhaills manager

Sean MacCumhaills have announced that Gary Wilson has stepped down from his role as senior football manager.

Wilson served as manager of the Twin Towns club for two seasons, following his appointment at the beginning of 2024.

The MacCumhaill Park residents reached the last eight of the Senior Football Championship this year before being defeated by St Michael’s.

The club stated, “Gary has decided to step down as Senior Manager. Seán MacCumhaills GAA Club would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Gary, along with Karl Hughes, Shane McNulty, and the entire backroom team. Their dedication, leadership, and professionalism have been outstanding throughout their time with the club.

We sincerely thank them for their commitment and contributions and wish Gary and his management team every success in their future endeavors.”
