GARDAÍ are urging motorists to take extra caution after a number of collisions occurred today on the Kirkstown Forestry Road in Letterkenny.
Icy patches have led to dangerous driving conditions and motorists are urged to avoid the road if possible.
A garda spokesperson said: “A number of minor collisions have occurred on the Kirkstown Forestry Road, Letterkenny today. Road conditions in that area are very poor/icy at present. Please take an alternative route if possible.”
