GARDAÍ investigating an alleged assault in St Johnston have made an appeal for dash cam footage.

The alleged assault occurred at a property in the area of Cois Abhainn on Saturday, August 23, at approximately 4.10am.

“As part of our investigation, we are appealing to anyone who may have travelled in that area with a dash-cam around that time to make the footage available to us. We also appeal to anyone who may have observed a man on foot in the area between 4.10am and 4.30am to make contact with Gardaí in Letterkenny on 074-9167100,” said a garda spokesperson.
