GARDAÍ have renewed their appeal for witnesses following last Wednesday’s fatal road traffic collision near Clonmany.
The collision, involving a van and a male pedestrian, occurred at Annagh on the R238, on Wednesday, September 18 at approximately 6.20pm.
The pedestrian, aged in his 80s, was fatally injured.
Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to this collision to come forward.
A garda spokesperson said: “Any road users who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and were travelling in the area at the time are asked to make this footage available to investigating gardaí.
“Anyone with any information is asked to contact Buncrana Garda Station on 074-932 0540 , the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station.”
