Gardaí probe the discovery of a man’s body in Carrigart

GARDAÍ are investigating all the circumstances surrounding the death of a man at a residence in Carrigart.

Gardaí and emergency services were alerted to the incident shortly after 8am today, Monday, July 29.

 A Garda spokesperson said: “The man’s body has now been removed to Letterkenny General Hospital where a post-mortem will be conducted at a later date, the results of which will determine the course of the investigation.

 “A file will be prepared for the coroner in respect of this incident.”
