GARDAÍ are investigating all circumstances of a public order incident alleged to have occurred on Main Street, Falcarragh on Friday, November 24.
In a video shared with the Donegal News, a man can be seen outside Ukrainian refugee accommodation in Falcarragh, wearing a balaclava, playing Irish rebel music and shouting “out, out, out”.
