AN investigation has been launched after a man’s body was found in Ramelton.
The man’s body was discovered today, Thursday, December 7.
A Garda spokesperson confirmed the coroner has been informed of the find.

A post-mortem on the body will then decide the direction the Garda investigation will take.
The Garda spokesperson said “Gardaí are investigating all the circumstances following the discovery of a man’s body in Ramelton, Co.Donegal on Thursday 7th December 2023.
“The coroner has been notified and a post-mortem will take place at a later date, the outcome of which will determine the course of the investigation.”
