GARDAÍ are appealing for witnesses to an alleged assault that occurred at Navenny Street, Ballybofey on Friday, April 11 at approximately 9pm.
A woman was walking down Navenny Street (from the direction of Main Street) when she is believed to have been assaulted by two female teenagers.
She did not sustain any life threatening injuries as a result of the incident.
“We appeal to anyone who may have observed the teenagers in question in the area of Navenny Street to make contact with Gardaí.
“Should anyone have dash-cam footage from that area, we ask them to make it available to us,” a Garda spokesperson said.
