GARDAÍ in Raphoe continue to investigate the fatal road traffic incident that occurred at Feddyglass on Friday morning.

Kacper Dudek (20) of 18 Beechwood Park, Lifford and formerly of Brody, Poland died when a tree fell on his car during Storm Éowyn.

The incident happened shortly before 5.30am, on Friday, January 24.

A Family Liaison Officer (FLO) has been assigned to provide support to the family of Mr Dudek.

A garda spokesperson said: “We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere sympathy to Kacper’s family, friends and colleagues for their loss.”
