Gardaí are appealing for witnesses following a fatal road traffic collision last night at Kerrykeel, Co.Donegal.
The single vehicle collision took place on Tuesday, 29th October 2024 at approximately 3.30pm on the Shore Road at Kerrykeel.
The driver of the car was a man in his 60s and was sadly fatally injured. He has not yet been identified.

The local coroner has been notified and arrangements will now be made for a post-mortem examination.
A spokesperson for An Garda Síochána said: “Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to this collision to come forward.
“Any road users who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and were travelling in the area at the time are asked to make this footage available to investigating Gardaí.
“Anyone with any information is asked to contact Milford Garda Station on 074 915 3060, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station.”
The road remains closed until this afternoon. Motorists are asked to avoid the area and use the Harry Blaney Bridge or Glenvar Road as diversion towards Portsalon/Fanad Area.
