A garda whistleblower who has been on stress-related leave for three years returned to work in Donegal this week.
Garda Keith Harrison, who has been out of work on sick leave since 2014 and without pay since 2015, has taken up duty in Milford garda station. It follows mediation talks facilitated by Kieran Mulvey, the former chief executive of the Workplace Relations Commission, on Thursday last.
When contacted last evening a Garda spokesman said that they do not comment on internal matters of this nature.
