GARDAÍ are seeking the public’s assistance following an incident of dangerous driving in Killygordon on Friday.
The incident occurred at Carrickshandrum, on the back road to Crossroads from Ballybofey, at approximately 11.15pm.
A garda spokesperson said: “A silver VW Golf (GTI) with a partial registration of ’08 D’ was observed driving at high speeds in that area causing oncoming traffic to take evasive action.
“It was travelling towards the Crossroads from Ballybofey at the time.”
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who travelled along that route, or in the CrossroadsKillygordon areas, and who has dash-cam footage between 11pm and 11.45pm on that date, to make it available.
