Gaoth Dobhair too strong for ‘Eunan’s in Senior B Final

Gaoth Dobhair 2-5 St Eunan’s 0-6

Gaoth Dobhair produced an excellent second half performance to defeat St Eunan’s in the Senior ‘B’ Championship Final in MacCumhaill Park today.

St Eunan’s had the better of the first half and two David Boyle scores helped them into a 0-4 to 0-2 lead at the break.

Brandon Jordan extended that lead but then Gaoth Dobhair struck 2-3 without reply. Fearghal Delaney and Martin Coyle scored superb goals.

Boyle responded with a point before Oisin Scanlon saw a goal chance go narrowly wide.

Gaoth Dobhair held on for a deserved win.
