Gaoth Dobhair Lady Golfers made the most of the recent spell of good weather and took to the fairways to play solid rounds of golf and return excellent scores.
The Easter Bunny made an appearance last week and left an array of Chocolate Goodies for the winners. Upcoming Competitions are open and it is great to see our neighbours from Cruit Island GC joining us on Wednesdays. Salon Frances, Gort a Choirce will sponsor a competition on 23 April and Cassidys Chemist, An Bun Beag will sponsor a competition on 30 April.
Any ladies wishing to play can send a text to 085 2022262 to book a tee time. Dates for your diary ladies include the Annual ‘Play In Pink’ Competition in aid of Breast Cancer Research which is scheduled for the May Bank Holiday weekend and can be played on May 2 or May 3.
We look forward to this being well supported by both men and ladies to raise funds for this very worthy cause. Club Competitions continue on Saturdays and there will be a Club Competition for members on Easter Monday. Book your slot on BRS.
