Gaoth Dobhair 1-6 Kilcar 1-5
GAOTH Dobhair made a winning start to their season with a narrow victory over Kilcar in the Comórtas Peile na Gaeltachta in Magheragallon today.
It was a tough day for playing football and the home side played with the significant wind advantage in the first half and led by 1-5 to 0-2 at the break, with Peter McGee scoring the goal.

Stephen McBrearty netted a penalty in the second half for Kilcar but they were just edged out, and it is Gaoth Dobhair who advance to the next round.
