WITH Galway hosting the Galway International Rally this weekend, patrons attending the Galway v Donegal game at Pearse Stadium have been advised that it will result in increased traffic in the Salthill and Tuam areas.
All supporters attending the game are advised to arrive early. Marshalls will be posted on duty outside the stadium to guide supporters to the designated car parks and patrons are advised to part legally.
Entry to this game will be by ticket only (tickets will be sold outside the ground), but there is a very significant benefit for supporters who purchase tickets before match day, from participating Centra and SuperValu Shops.
Tickets purchased in advance will cost €10, whereas tickets purchased on match day, outside the stadium, will cost €15. The concession price for students and senior citizens is €10 and there is no admission charge for juveniles (Under-16).
The Message is clear: Please arrive early; Please respect the needs of local residents; Park legally and responsibly; Save money by purchasing your ticket in advance.
