PATIENTS in the Children’s Ward at Letterkenny University Hospital got a lovely surprise today when they were paid a special Christmas visit by a group of Donegal GAA footballers.
Donegal players Ryan McHugh, Shaun Patton, Ciaran Moore and Michael Langan popped in to to hello to the children, much to the delight of everyone involved.
They brought Donegal GAA goodie bags for the children – sponsored by Michael Murphy Sports and Leisure – and took time out to meet family members and of course the hard working staff.
