Gallagher in bid for third modified title in four years

Kevin Gallagher and co-driver Ryan Moore will once again be among the favourites to be contesting the battle in the modified category.

But, unusually for them, they go into the Wilton Donegal International Rally with very few stage miles under their belts so far this year.
