Fanad Gaels GAA Club is calling on all members, supporters, and the wider community to participate in a crucial Club Planning Workshop on Friday, November 8 at 8:00 PM. The workshop will be held at Rossnakill Community Hub, and it represents a unique opportunity for attendees to have a say in shaping the future of the club over the next three years.
This interactive session will focus on key areas such as player development, facilities improvements, fundraising, and community engagement, with input from everyone encouraged. The feedback and ideas gathered will directly influence the creation of Gaeil Fhánada’s 3-Year Strategic Plan, setting priorities for the club’s growth and development.
“We’re excited to engage with our community and hear their ideas,” said Miriam Carr, Club Development Officer for Fanad Gaels. “This workshop is about ensuring that Fanad Gaels continues to thrive, and the best way to do that is by listening to the people who care about the club most—our players, coaches, members, and supporters. We encourage everyone to show their support and share their ideas”
At the workshop, participants will break into Focus Groups to discuss key themes in detail and develop recommendations. These Focus Groups will play a vital role in building on ideas from the workshop, helping finalise proposals for the Steering Group to consider. The event will also provide an excellent opportunity for members of the community to connect, share their insights, and make a meaningful impact on the club’s future.
