THE funeral will take place on Thursday of Alan Devenney, the motorcyclist killed in a crash in Letterkenny on Sunday.
Mr Devenney, of Dooish in Newtowncunningham, died in a collision involving a Jeep.
Among those paying tribute following the tragedy has been the Facebook page ‘Maidencity Regalia’.

They wrote, “Could everyone please keep the late brother Alan Devenney’s family in your thoughts and prayers as they come to terms with his tragic passing.
“Alan was a brother in Newtowncunningham LOL1063 County Donegal.
“We at Maiden City Regalia offer our deepest sympathies to the Devenney family and wish them God’s richest blessings in the days and months ahead.”
Mr Devenney’s funeral will be held on Thursday at 1.30pm in All Saints Parish Church, Newtowncunningham at 2pm.”
