THE FORMER Mayor of Donegal, Cllr Ciaran Brogan has had a charge of allegedly being drunk in charge of a vehicle adjourned to a December sitting of Letterkenny District Court.
The case against Brogan (43) of Sockar, Trentagh was before a sitting of Letterkenny District Court today (Monday) having been adjourned from a previous sitting in April.
He is charged with allegedly being drunk in charge of a vehicle at Ballymacool, Letterkenny, on June 22, 2015.
Judge Paul Kelly adjourned matters to a sitting of Letterkenny District Court in December 1.
