I love the fast paced environment in a kitchen and I always cooked at home and really enjoyed it.
What is your signature dish?
Signature dish would have to be my seafood platter. All locally caught fish cooked individually, served with sauces that bring out their flavours.
What chef do you admire and why ?
Gordon Ramsay as I would respect his work ethic. His drive and his perfectionism.
