Hutchison opened the scoring inside three minutes after good play from BJ Banda and Ryan Rainey down the left saw Banda find Flood with a low cross but it was blocked into the path of Hutchison who made no mistake.

Ryan Flood made it 2-0 with a super free-kick from 25 yards as he beat the ‘keeper at his side.

Ferry got the third a matter of minutes into the second half as his deflected strike found the roof of the net following a Hutchison cross, while substitute O’Donnell hit the fourth as he raced through and poked past Skerries ‘keeper Liam Woodcock, minutes after coming on.

Flood made it five minutes later just before the hour mark with a brilliant strike low into the bottom corner again from 25 yards.

That puts Finn Harps into the hat for the last eight, with the draw taking place on Tuesday.
