LAURENCE McMullan has spent much of his footballing career trying to get out of the Junior ‘A’ Football Championship so he knows it won’t be easy for his side to make an immediate step back up to the Intermediate Championship.
After many seasons of trying, Convoy finally got their hands on the Junior title in 2020.
However, they have lost a lot of players since that and the team struggled in the Intermediate last season and eventually dropped down.
