What’s the worst pitch you’ve ever played on? A game in October we were surprised and put down to play in Magheragallon v Gweedore Celtic, the grass was touching our shin pads.

Which character in any film are you most like? Tom Holland

Any odd items in your kit bag? Wooden Rosary Beads belonging to my grandmother. A lucky superstition (most of the time).

Who’s the biggest joker in the team you play for? Martin Ferry, he’s got a good humour on and off the pitch. I’m sure a lot of people have seen his infamous match reports.

Who is the worst/best trainer? Since the turn of the year everyone in our group has been brilliant trainers, if I had to pick the best it would be Peter McGee, he treats it like a game, you wouldn’t want to be the referee of the match at the end of the session.

Who spends most time in front of the mirror in the dressing room? Definitely Paul the Yank Boyle. Hair has to be on point and he asks us younger lads for clothing advice. You might see him in Cargo trousers soon enough.

Who’s the best/worst person to sit beside on the team bus? The best is Pauric Neely, he can get you fired up for a game and has a good taste in music. The worst is Mark Forker, he can talk for Ireland even if we lose but most of it is football related or good advice so it’s not too bad.

Who has the best and who has the worst diet on the team, and what does it include? The best diet would be Aidan Brennan, I don’t think he goes a day without weetabix and honey in the morning. The worst diet I saw was at underage , when Aidan the yank Boyle would eat endless tubs of Fudge after a game.

Toughest opponent you have faced? Had two hard battles against Shane McNamee from Swilly Rovers this season.

Best or worst quote you’ve heard, either from a manager, player, opponent? “First tackle, well even if the ball’s not there to be won just smash him”- Bernie Gallagher in a tough Scottish accent.

Best manager you’ve ever played under? I would have to say my old fella, Aidan Comiskey. Countless trophies won at Underage with our U15 team and now that I’m at senior level he’s still winning a few with the younger generation.

Best ever performance? This season, Gweedore United in the Area Cup final.

One to forget? 5-0 defeat to Fanad in December.

Sporting ambition? Win the League and go one better in the Brian McCormick Cup.

When you were playing in the back garden, who did you pretend to be? Steven Gerrard.

If you were in charge of transfers, who’d be in and who’d be out of the team? I don’t think we want to lose anyone, we’ve got a good atmosphere in the group at the moment. If I was to pick a signing it would be Ryan Cunningham from St Catherine’s.
