Team: Glenea United

If you were throwing a party and you could invite anyone in the world, dead or alive, who would you ask around? I’d like to have Ruby Walsh around to discuss Cheltenham. I love a horse bet.

Where do you like to go out to celebrate after a big victory? A good win always leads to the Dodge in Gweedore.

What’s the worst pitch you’ve ever played on? Has to be the old Kilmacrennan pitch.

Which character in any film are you most like? The Rock.

Any odd items in your kit bag? None personally but there is always a few cans in some of the boys’ bags.

Who’s the biggest joker in the team you play for? Luke McCarry never fails to deliver a joke.

Which team mate has the best looking other half? Would have to say myself or I could get in bother and not many of the lads can get chicks but a few of them always have nice looking support on a Sunday.

Who is the worst/best trainer? Worst trainer has to be Kyle McMullan always ‘injured’ or sick and the best is probably Sean Coll even though he likes to ‘take charge’ and sit out the running drills to make sure everyone’s doing them correctly.

Who spends most time in front of the mirror in the dressing room? Oran Craig always loves a pre game selfie.

Who’s the best/worst person to sit beside on the team bus? Best is Cathal McGeever and the worst is probably Oran Craig.

Who has the best and who has the worst diet on the team, and what does it include? Aran Bowyer is probably the worst wouldn’t be a Saturday morning if he didn’t have a few cans of red bull and a fag to cure his hangover, and best is probably Marty Maguire or Stephen Doak both never leave the gym.

Toughest opponent you have faced? Stephen Black.

Best or worst quote you’ve heard, either from a manager, player, opponent? Worst has to be Luke McCarry roaring let’s kill them and punching the door. The best is my old teammate Paddy McGinley calling us the underdogs and comparing us to Burnley before each game. A rare one but we won the league that year.

Best manager you’ve ever played under? There’s been a few but I’d have to say probably my oul boy (Chris Murray) or Liam Doohan. The oul boy taught me everything I know and Liam Doohan is a tactical genius.

Best ever performance? I scored five for Dunfanaghy one day so I’d have to choose that one

One to forget? When we lost 5-0 in the All-Ireland final for the school.

Sporting ambition? Would like to win the league with Glenea and I’d love to break 75 in Dunfanaghy Golf Club.

When you were playing in the back garden, who did you pretend to be? Fernando Torres.

If you were in charge of transfers, who’d be in and who’d be out of the team? Might not go down to well but I’d get rid of the captain Sean Coll for he’s a bit passed it and I’d bring in my old mate Paddy McGinley from Fanad. Or I’d bring in a midfielder who will track back as Cathal McGeever has cost us a few times this season.
