FIVE people have been hospitalised following a crash in Inishowen.
Gardaí remain at the scene of the collision which happened at Fahan shortly after 9pm last night.
Five people were taken to hospital, one of them with serious injuries.
A spokesperson for An Garda Síochána said, “The road is currently closed and a technical examination is being conducted. Local diversions are in place.”
The crash occurred a day after Chloe Gallagher Fanneran was killed in a crash outside Letterkenny. The teenager was a front seat passenger in a car which was involved in a collision with a second vehicle on the Ramelton Road on Wednesday night.
Her funeral mass will take place on Saturday at 11am in St Eunan’s Cathedral. She will be laid to rest afterwards in New Leck Cemetery.
