A FISHERMAN who was injured on a crabbing vessel off Arranmore Island has been hospitalised after a rescue mission this morning.
The Arranmore RNLI lifeboat was launched at 10.30am to assist the man who was on a 40 foot trawler 40 miles north west of Arranmore. The man was brought to Burtonport Harbour where he was transferred by ambulance to Letterkenny University Hospital for further treatment.
