IRELAND’S first ever University Fitness Games will be held in Letterkenny this Saturday.
120 individuals from all over Ireland have registered to compete at the fitness event being hosted at the Donegal Atlantic Technological University (ATU) campus.
Competitors will take part in a 60-minute workout which will test their strength, power, endurance, and speed.
Participants competing in the ‘adaptive athlete category’ include Nikki Bradley, previous world record holder of ‘Fasted 5km on two crutches’ and Ruairi Crealey, coaching staff of the Donegal Senior GAA football team.
Location: The event will take place at An Danlann Sports Centre, ATU Donegal, Letterkenny campus from 9am.
