On the club’s social media page they stated:
“Finn Harps FC are welcoming applications for the part time role of Head of Academy ahead of the 2026 season.
We are looking for an ambitious coach that could further grow our Academy programme, helping develop and shape the future of the club through nurturing our Academy talent.
Applicants are required to have a UEFA Elite Youth A License (or a UEFA A License with a commitment to complete UEFA Elite Youth A) and have previous experience in a similar role (desirable).
A key responsibility of the role is closely observing the development of our Academy talent which requires watching the players during training and in games. As a result it is important that applicants are currently based in the North West of Ireland or are willing to relocate to the North West for the role.”
