Fifty three people were arrested in Letterkenny over the weekend, gardaí have said.
The majority of the arrests were made for dangerous driving (29), 14 people were arrested for public order offences and eight arrests were made for driving under the influence of drink or drugs.
Two people were also arrested on foot of outstanding warrants.
