Fancy making new friends and supporting the arts?

WOULD you like to join Donegal’s premier summer event on the Wild Atlantic Way as a volunteer this summer?

Earagail Arts Festival is looking for enthusiastic and outgoing people who are passionate about the arts to join this year’s festival team in the lead-up and during the event which takes place from July 10 to 28.

Joining the team is a great opportunity to be directly involved in promoting the arts, get to see beautiful parts of the county on the northernmost part of the Wild Atlantic Way, from Arranmore Island to Malin, and make new friends.

Alan: “I volunteered as a way to interact with people from all over Ireland and further and at last year’s festival I wasn’t disappointed. I met some interesting people and had my artistic horizons broadened by seeing some top class acts. I really enjoyed travelling to the different parts of Donegal for the various events and would thoroughly recommend volunteering at the Earagail Arts festival to anybody interested in the arts.”

Dawn: “I loved the opportunity to be part of the Earagail Arts Festival as a volunteer. I got to be in fabulous locations- Glenveagh was amazing – to see and hear world class acts, and to talk to a wide variety of people from different countries and other parts of Ireland. It was a pleasure and a fantastic experience to see the wealth and richness that Irish arts has to offer. Definitely the best volunteering experience.”

If this sounds like something you’d be interested in, the Earagail Arts Festival team would love to hear from you.

If you would like to be a volunteer this summer, please contact Volunteer & Outreach Co-ordinator Donna McDade by emailing volunteers@eaf.ie
