Gaeil Fhánnada 1-6 Killybegs 0-9
Gaeil Fhánada looked dead and buried but fought back to take a vital point against Killybegs in Páirc Uí Shiadhail on Saturday evening.
A low scoring affair saw just three points apiece at the break but Killybegs went clear in the second half to go 0-8 to 0-4 ahead thanks to four points from Ryan Cunningham and three from Jack McSharry.
But when Killybegs ‘keeper Corey Byrne pushed Mark Friel off the ball with two minutes to go, a penalty was awarded which Paddy Carr dispatched.
McSharry made it a two point game but Shaun Kerr and Mark Friel hit points in added time to level the game.
