DONEGAL County Council has given the green light for an extension to Fanad Day Care Centre.
Applicant Patrick Sweeney, Chairman of Fanad Day Care Committee, lodged plans with Donegal County Council in April for the construction of an extension to the facility at Rinmore, Ballylar, to enclose existing external ramp with all associated site works.
The development has been given the go-ahead subject to two conditions, including that the development must be carried out strictly in accordance with lodged plans and details on April 27, 2023.

Furthermore, no surface water from the site is permitted to discharge to the public road. The applicant is to take steps to ensure that no public road water discharges onto site in order to prevent flooding.
