Naomh Muire 1-12 Dungloe 0-13
For the first time in their 44 year history, Naomh Muire claimed a senior win over Dungloe at the Banks on Saturday.
Naomh Muire were the better team in the first half with Daniel Devlin scoring the goal as they established a 1-7 to 0-6 lead at the break.
Dungloe were much improved in the second half and gradually ate into their deficit.
They got back to within one point before Daniel Ward put Naomh Muire two ahead.
Ferdia Doherty still had to take a ball off his line in a frantic finish but Naomh Muire claimed a morale-boosting win.
