THE Parent Hub Donegal has launched their “Make One Change Campaign” for 2015. The Campaign was launched in the Educate Together School, Letterkenny on Friday last.

The aim of the Campaign is to get children and their parents to doing something different to enhance family life.

This year’s Campaign comes on the back of a very successful Campaign in 2014 which saw between 250-300 families across Donegal committing to make one change. Changes included families committing to eat a meal together, going for a walk together, having family film nights in and/or going out on day trips together. Some families committed to trying to manage stress at home differently by shouting less or pressing their pause button before reacting.

This year again, there has been great support from businesses across Donegal sponsoring prizes for the free draw into which all families who commit to making changes are entered.

The Campaign Entries are being distributed through Schools and Family Resource Centres across the county or families can email HYPERLINK “mailto:Nicolac.harvey@tusla.ie” Nicolac.harvey@tusla.ie with the change they have agreed to commit to. Entries will be accepted up until 15th February.

So come on Donegal…Commit to Make One Change!
