An exciting new brand of fitness experience has arrived Letterkenny – just in time to help banish the January blues.
FF Fitness is an aspiring new franchise which was born in the North West and has a fat burning global ambition.
FF Fitness (formerly Fighting Fit) has pushed the boundaries of achievement in health and fitness results for clients since its formation in Derry in 2012.
Through personal training programmes, muscle camps, running clubs and much more the new franchise has big plans to become established as the go-to place for fun fitness regimes at affordable prices.
Gerard McDaid, owner of the new FF Fitness facility at Glencar Business Centre in Letterkenny, says: “Bringing FF Fitness to Letterkenny is a really exciting prospect and one which will make a huge impact on the lives of people who get involved. We provide a brand of health and fitness which welcomes people of all abilities and goals and provides life changing results through carefully structured programmes and fun filled fitness classes.
“FF Fitness promotes a friendly and welcoming community for all, and one which is devoted to health and fitness.
“Thousands of people joined the fitness revolution in the Derry facility and later at a centre in Dungiven. Now FF Fitness’ unique style has arrived in Donegal and just in time to give people the motivation they need to beat the bulge brought on by the excesses of the festive season,” said the franchisee.
Registration for FF Fitness in Letterkenny will take place this Saturday and Sunday (January 9 and 10) from 12pm to 2pm.
FF Fitness has transformed the lives of many people through health and fitness in Derry city and Co Derry in the guise of Fighting Fit. It now aims to change the lives of many more in Ireland, the UK and around the world, says FF Fitness founder, Seamus Fox.
“The opening of FF Fitness in Letterkenny is the exciting first step of our plan to bring our unique brand of fitness provision to a much wider market,” he says.
“We’re delighted to bring FF Fitness to Donegal, where people have such a fantastic appetite for increased health and fitness. The enthusiasm for healthy living in Letterkenny is a perfect match for our brand of fitness provision. We’re confident that more and more people will catch the health bug when they visit our new centre and experience the fun, intensity and expertise of our programmes and classes,” added the fitness entrepreneur.
