PADDY Flood is back in the hotseat at St Eunan’s and as they begin the Summer Hurling Championship this evening, he knows the difficulty of the task ahead.
St Eunan’s begin their campaign with an away match against current Donegal Senior and Ulster Junior champions Setanta.
Seven of the Donegal starting team in the Nickey Rackard final loss line out for Setanta at club level, and they will have a number of those players back now.
“Obviously they set the standard over the last number of years and we’re under no illusions what a tough task we’re facing,” Flood said.
