THE owners of a huge multi-storey car park in the heart of Letterkenny began charging for the facility on Wednesday.
The Letterkenny Town Centre multi storey car park, owned by former Fianna Fáil councillor Noel McGinley, is to charge a flat fee of €1 per day.
