Gardaí are appealing for information in relation to a burglary that occurred in the area of Tooban, Burnfoot after a Velocifero electric scooter was stolen from an unlocked shed at a property.
The burglary occurred on Tuesday June 27 between the hours of 10am and 7pm approx.
The scooter in question is black in colour with the word ‘Velocifero’ and a small Italian flag on the body of it.
A spokesperson for Gardaí said, “This particular type of scooter is very distinctive.
“It has a seat and handle bars which can be removed to convert it into a skate board.
“It has quite large wheels.
“If anybody has any information in relation to the current location of this scooter or any other relevant information, we ask them to contact Gardaí in Buncrana on 074-9320540 or the Garda Confidential line on 1800 666 111.”
