AN ELDERLY Castlefinn man has become the latest person to be robbed in his own home.
A number of men armed with knives entered the man’s home at Drumdoit near Donneyloop at around midnight last night (Monday).
Following a struggle with the man and his neighbour, who was visiting at the time, they made off with a legally held firearm.

Gardai are appealing to anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in the area to contact them immediately.
Gardai are also liaising with the PSNI, as it’s understood that the men may have made their way across the border towards Clady.
