Edwards has been impressive throughout the day and leads by 12 seconds.

Kevin Gallagher is aiming to win the Modified section for the third successive year and he is the man in charge at the moment. He is 12th overall at present.
The Rathmullan man is more than ten seconds ahead of Declan Gallagher in second, while Gary McPhillips is third.
