STAFF and students from two Donegal schools are preparing for a special visit from Minister for Education Norma Foley tomorrow.
During her visit to the county Minister Foley will officially open a new state of the art school at Scoil Mhuire B&C, Stranorlar and a modern extension at Scoil Mhuire Creeslough.
The new Scoil Mhuire Stranorlar school building has 24 classrooms, a PE hall and a suite of resource rooms, which will allow for the schools expansion to a capacity of 700 students in the coming years.
The new extension in Scoil Mhuire in Creeslough includes two classrooms and a resource room. The school was also recently approved an ASD class that will open at the school in September 2023.
