DONEGAL’S Earagail Arts Festival was presented an Excellence in Customer Service award from Customer Service Excellence (CSE) Ireland this afternoon.
The award was presented to representatives of the festival and its volunteers, the first festival/event in Ireland to receive such an award, at 12noon, Friday. outside the CSE office at Co-lab, LYIT, Letterkenny.
This award was achieved by the hard work and dedication of the volunteers and staff during Abhaile – The Homecoming concert featuring Clannad, Altan, The Henry Girls and Fidíl in Carrickfinn on Saturday, July 13.
The event, which was assessed by CSE Ireland, was awarded a score of 91 per cent. Over 85 per cent is deemed as Excellence in terms of Service, so the festival team were delighted with this result. The festival would like to invite all staff and volunteers from the event to join us at the presentation in CSE Office.
