Eamon McGee has announced that he will contest the upcoming General Election as an Irish Freedom Party candidate in Donegal.
The father of two, who currently lives in Convoy, contested this year’s local elections in the Buncrana LEA.
Speaking following the announcement, he said;

“This country is changing fast, and we need people to stand up for what is right and especially speak up for the most vulnerable in our society, including our children.
“Our children need a future where they can afford to buy a house and not feel the need to emigrate.
“We are facing one of the worst housing crises ever, and proper solutions desperately need to be found.”
