A LETTERKENNY man was promising pints all around for his friends at the weekend after he scooped €20,900 on Saturday night’s Winning Streak programme on RTE.
Eddie McCarron was heading home from the capital in the hope of getting to his local – McGinley’s Bar on Main Street – in time for last orders. Eddie was surrounded by family and friends on the programme as they cheered him on to continue the county’s winning streak in Dublin.
As well as scooping the cash, Eddie also won a holiday to Thailand worth €5,000.
