Dungloe District Court pay tribute to Creeslough Tragedy victims

A minute’s silence was observed at today’s Dungloe District Court, in memory of those who sadly passed away in the Creeslough tragedy.

Judge Eiteáin Cunningham said that as there were two funerals on today, the court would only deal with urgent matters and would be having a minute’s silence

In calling for the minute’s silence Judge Eiteáin Cunningham said she was extended her deepest condolences to all the friends and families of those affected by the tragedy in Creeslough.

The judge thanked the gardai, the emergency services and all those people and local people who helped in this tragedy which is heart-breaking for all involved.

District courts in the area will only be dealing with urgent matters until October 20 as a mark of respect to the victims of the Creeslough tragedy.
