Dungloe complete brilliant comeback to win Intermediate title

Dungloe dominated in the second half to complete a dramatic comeback against Ardara and win the Donegal Intermediate title in O’Donnell Park on Sunday.

It was a real game of two halves, with Ardara leading by 0-9 to 0-2 at the break, courtesy of four points each from Mia Bennett and Carol Breslin.

But they didn’t register a score in the second half, while Mia O’Donnell came on for Dungloe and hit 1-3, while Ava Caulfield also scored three points as Tony Boyle’s side won the Intermediate title in their first year up in it.
